NYPMS

first time sat in one of their meetings this afternoon. i wanted to attend because i want to know what exactly it's all about... the whole society... and can say i got pretty much of an idea. however i forgot their mission n vision. regret not writing them down. i forgot how much my memory power's dying each second. ah well. n besides i hate writing during lectures or talks. i NEVER write during lectures. i scored year 1 really well but now slowly going down the hill. haha. so i think i better start to learn to write and take down notes. -_- why am i talking abt writing? look at the subheading, ruqa. NYPMS. not WRITING DURING LECTURES or anything. haha. i blog with subheadings now too. this is the first blog where i blog with subheadings. subheadings pulak... k, k dah. nypms.

why am i suddenly thinking the word 'menses'? xD because ms sounds like menses. arrrghh stop!!! fingers!!! or mind, rather. stick to the subheading!!!

yes, nypms. we discussed a bit here and there bout what nypms used to be... when bro hairudin and muzamil ran the show...
then we discussed abt the slides bro remy n adi are going to present to the malay lecturers this 27th july... hopefully i'll be able to come... i'll pray for the best ameen...
then we discussed bout the activities we want in nypms...
this is the part that i think i made a point to the whole room... but then again im always uneffective when it comes to giving opinions... -_- but i did try...
I WANT TO SEE ISLAMIC ACTIVITIES.
I WANT USRAH.
I WANT TALKS ABOUT ALLAH.
I WANT RELIGIOUS STUDIES.
yup... that's basically it... well after i typed these things... in caps also.. haha.. i realized i can just easily go to one of the mosques isnt it x) HOWEVER if we incorporate these in our ECA... as in our school rather... that would be really nice isnt it. :/ it will be just like madrasah... i miss madrasah....
point is i gave that opinion in the meeting. then i smsed bro muz again bout my point.. told him honestly 'if its just going to be amazing race or workshops on how to score academically, i dont really care...' well i added the 'workshops' part in here.. haha... but yeah, that's what i feel.. i mean i.. Alhamdulillah, so far have no problems with my academic performance. i just need to take notes xD and i'll be excelling in every single module. hehehe. insyaAllah.
then i talked to my lil bro surean again bout this point of mine. apparently he and i share the same piece of mind. i am glad to have someone thinking along the same line.
well... that's it i guess...
i hope nypms will be a good place for me.. for us.. muslims.. to become better ppl. overall, im happy it's formed. at least it's formed now. :) i remember in yr1 thinking

besides the logo is so so cool hehehe :D *excited* it was designed by bro adi and sis farhanah (one of my dearest, insyaALLAH :)) and i'll promise to post it as soon as i got a copy of it. insyaAllah. hehe.
its been a long day. but i feel it will be worth it... i gained a few knowledge today... got a copy of majalah NADI will finish it tmrw insyaALLAH... finished my autobiography of the prophet pbuh... got a reminder from bro remy that istikharah should be made a habit... Alhamdulillah... im not even tired now! hehe.
