Allah SWT said in the Quraan "I will not look at your beauty nor title- but at your hearts". (my weakness is again, i forgot what suraah that is from and i also am not sure of the accuracy of my tanslation).
i cannot deny it... that this qns of intention is at the moment a big hindrance to whatever i feel or wish to write abt...
even past entries.. im still looking.. an trying to remember if i had posted it for whatever reason.. why i did so.
this is nothing actually.
sayyidina umar bin abdul 'aziz (ra), he will not step even one step w/o asking himself the intention of this one step he is abt to take..
and sayyidina umar bin abdul 'aziz (ra), according to some scholars, is the 5th of the Khulafur'rasyidin. Khulafaur'rasyidin is made up of 4 of the prophet PBUH sahabahs... (im sure you all know.. :)):
1. Sayyidina Abu Bkr As-Sidq RA
2. Sayyidina Umar Bin Khattab (Umarun Faruq) RA
3. Sayyidina Uthman Bin Affan RA (zauj ila Ruqayyah Bintu Rasulullah SAW) ^^
4. Sayyidina 'Ali Bin Abi Talib RA
these 4... however some scholars include haza Sayyidina 'Umar Bin Abdul 'Aziz RA, a khalifah in the times of Ummayyah Empire.
in his rule, there are no beggars & poor ppl around... hatta when the zakaat was collected. there was noone to receive it as there was noone in need of it.
