Oh Allah, help me to help myself grow,

to learn the things that I should know.

Please grant me the grace to take all kinds,

and strengthen and nurture my mind.

Regardless of the challenges which I am facing,

my task is to reach the talent within.

And should I fail a time or two,

please help me to see what I did not do.

Please give me the courage to admit when I am wrong,

so that I will know that I am strong.

My time flies so quickly by,

If I am to excel, it is now I must try.

Someday, I will be a parent with kids of my own.

Will I make a difference before I am grown?

"Will I make a difference?" that is easy to ask,

but making a difference is no easy task.

Please give me the strength and wisdom to free,

the mind and talent entrusted to me.

So when I am judged, as some day I will be,

Oh Allah, please be kind to me.

Did I make a difference? Will You ask, "And how?"

Well, that all depends on what I do now.

So help me, oh Allah.
